Cancellation, Withdraw, Transfer & Refund Policy
Withdraw
If you withdraw from class a minimum of 30 days before the first day of class, you will receive a refund, less a $30 administrative fee. If you withdraw from class 29 to 15 days before the first day of class, we will withhold a $30 administrative fee and then you will receive a 50% tuition refund. 14 days or less in advance, no refund is available. If you are withdrawing from programming, please email info@SplatFamilyArt.com with name, specific program, and dates.
Cancellation
If the studio must cancel class, you will receive three days' notice and a 100% refund on your tuition.
Transfer
Transfer to another camp a minimum of 30 days before the start of the camp originally registered for as long as there is availability in the new camp.
